Performing Peer Reviews & Inspections

This course trains students in how to perform Peer Reviews, including formal (Fagan-style) software inspections. During this course, the students:

Are educated about the value of peer reviews and software inspections in improving project performance
Are educated about the peer review and formal inspection process
Are trained to perform each role in an inspection or review team
Practice those roles during inspection and review exercises
Discuss implementing software inspections or peer reviews in their organization

Target	All personnel who may participate in peer reviews or software inspections
Prerequisites	None
Format	3-day course includes: Lectures on principles and methods involved with peer reviews and software inspections Tutorials on performing each role in a peer review or software inspection Exercises to practice inspection and review roles
