ASK Process Achieves Exclusive Accreditation

ASK Process, Inc. was accredited in December 2010 by the Examination Institute for Information Sciences (EXIN) to provide ITIL® V3 Foundation training and certification exam services.
This ITIL Accreditation places ASK Process into a select group of fewer than 200 companies in the United States and only three in Western Pennsylvania that are accredited to provide these services. ASK Process is the only Accredited ITIL provider in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
EXIN has accredited ASK Process, Inc. to act as an Accredited Training Provider for ITIL V3 Foundation, and an Accredited Examination Center. EXIN has accredited Alan S. Koch to act as an Accredited Trainer for ITIL V3 Foundation, and an Accredited Examination Supervisor.
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is an internationally recognized framework of best practice in IT Service Management. ASK Process references ITIL along with other models and standards to guide organizations in improving their IT operations.
